The problem

Keeping up with federal legislation meant searching the same sources again and again.

The response

A weekly workflow pulls items from Congress.gov and the Federal Register, ranks their relevance, and prepares a briefing email and spreadsheet for staff review.

Project status and limits

The final judgment stays with staff. The project note describes the delivered workflow; current scheduled operation has not been rechecked.

The problem

Property research means connecting maps, local rules, and records scattered across different places.

The response

Search an East Hampton property to bring parcel facts, mapped conditions, and preliminary dimensional limits into a printable snapshot.

Project status and limits

A research aid, not an official zoning determination. Free-form AI answers are disabled in the reviewed interface; historical zoning-board updates have known gaps.

A useful public claim needs a clear trail back to the study and finding that support it.

The response

A source-review workspace separates documents, findings, measurements, and approved statements so staff can examine what the evidence supports.

Project status and limits

The library is currently offline. Automatic briefing regeneration was not completed; this is evidence of a developed review workflow, not a finished automated reporting service.

The problem

Moving information from a written conservation plan into a structured project takes repeated manual work.

The response

A tailored worksheet and AI extraction workflow help organize plan information for conservation planning in Miradi.

Project status and limits

AI extraction was verified live in the project notes. The later auto-apply behavior was checked with mocked responses and still needs a real-document live test. The current direction is to create new MiradiShare projects; check-out/check-in is no longer pursued.
